Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For personalized products (e.g., custom stickers, bookmarks with your own design), the processing time is 3–7 business days, as each product is made individually for you.

Shipping within Germany: We ship with DHL/Deutsche Post. Delivery time is 2–4 business days after shipment. We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.15.

International Shipping: We also ship to the following countries: Switzerland, Netherlands & Ireland. Delivery time is 5–14 business days, depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Note regarding personalized products: Due to their individual production, personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a product defect.
