Choose your template

Each product comes with different templates for both short-haired and long-haired cats. Simply choose your favorite template and upload a photo (or up to 3) of your cat during checkout. You’ll be prompted to do so automatically.

I draw your cat

Your photo becomes a hand-drawn illustration in the Paper & Paws style. I’ll then turn it into your very own personalized vinyl sticker or bookmark.

Your very own cat illustration is finished and on its way to you. Now there’s only one thing left to do: keep an eye on the mailbox.

How long does it take?

The illustration usually takes 2–7 days to create, depending on the current number of orders.

Does my cat have to be in the same pose as the template?

No! Your photo is used as a reference for your cat’s appearance, including their fur, color, and distinctive features.

If you’d like, you can also upload multiple photos. This can be especially helpful if details such as your cat’s back, side, or other features that are visible in the chosen pose can be seen more clearly in another photo.

How many photos should I upload?

One photo is absolutely enough!
If you upload several, though, they can help me get to know your cat’s features even better and capture those little details.

How much detail will be included in my cat’s illustration?

Every cat is illustrated individually based on your photo. I pay particular attention to their fur color and markings.

My style is intentionally simple and cute. Because the style is quite minimal, not every tiny detail or individual spot in the fur will be included. Your cat will still be illustrated in a way that makes their unique character recognizable :)

What should I keep in mind when choosing the photos?

For the best result, choose clear, well-lit photos where your cat’s face, fur color, and markings are easy to see. Avoid blurry or very dark photos and make sure your cat isn’t covered by blankets, toys, or anything else that hides important features.

If possible, photos taken in natural daylight work especially well. You don’t need a professional photo, though. A good snapshot of your cat is perfectly fine!
